BORK as a pink sheet stock is not required to report much of anything with regard to their financials. Secondarily BORK is currently understaffed and are working on a myriad of items to get, at this point, higher priority in house projects completed as you can well guess if you looked through the posts here.
Take a look at ESSE, a pink sheet company I'm familiar with. . . it is a full reporting company and its stock was over $2 MANY years ago. . . so the fact that a pink sheet reports or not, may not be the sole piece of info to make a decision.
I can understand your angst and position on this, as I was, as many other have, asked the same questions you have. . . I am sure you have seen them in previous posts also.
Also reading the posts I am sure you have come across what might be considered news that is not so positive.
Since I am a snowbird [leaving late this year] in the Phoenix area, I have made two trips to see BORK's office and talk with employees. . . after making my initial investment decision. I've increased my stock purchases by a factor of 3.25 since then. You can find what I 'found' on starting at post 1399 . . . presumer you have looked at the links above these posts.
Good luck in your decision process. . .
