Actually they get their money by overpaying the staff to have superior support to profide excellent service and support more sophisticated equipment. This all attracts better outcomes if you are sick and attracts people with money or insurance. You assume a lot. I never implied I was morally superior.
Don't believe me, Bing it, but the top 10% of money makers, pay 70% of the taxes or something like that. It doesn't matter we should all pay the same anyway. Why should you be penalized because you make more money than me? I think that's unfair.
