April's CEO Letter to Shareholders.

"Letter From The CEO"

“I want to take this opportunity to try and personally connect with the shareholders and customers of Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary United Power Solar, Inc. In writing this short update letter, I hope to bridge any communication gaps that may be lingering as well as express my deepest enthusiasm for the many positive initiatives that are currently underway.

First and foremost, I want to thank the countless number of investors who have parted with hard earned dollars and have invested into this company. Please rest-assure that your dollars have not been squandered. Those funds are hard at work and it is the company’s intention to bring true value to the marketplace so that those investment dollars will yield favorable returns. Although Sunrise does not control the markets, I do not believe that today’s stock price is a true representation of the value of this Company and I will continue to work hard for Sunrise in an effort to increase its value moving forward.

Over the next days and weeks, the company plans to do a much better job in communicating with its shareholders and customers. We are at a very important crossroad in the company’s history and clearer communication will be paramount as we strive to execute our business model.

Though I am not one to make reading blogs, message boards, forums, etc part of my weekly routine; I am not immune to nor will I turn a deaf ear to many of the comments and concerns of our shareholders whom have elected to express their opinions using these media outlets.

Please understand that the business environment is unique and sometimes inconsistent. Delays are a part of the global business environment. We know that the delays of yesterday only make us a stronger company tomorrow. We have all had to exercise patience of the most extreme. Our first product shipment to USA was not completely satisfactory which contributed to more delays in getting products to the end user. My mandate to our shipping department is that the products must go out on time everyday and the products must be satisfactory. Again, our first batch of products did not meet company standards so we did not ship the majority of those products. To rectify this, we had our international representatives to inspect and approve the complete line of products that are scheduled to arrive to the United States no later than April 29, 2011.

The successful arrival of these products to USA and the shipment of these products to our customers will restore any faith lost and we look forward to closing this chapter early next week. We have already received several positive testimonies from individuals who have tested our solar chargers at the recent Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach, CA. Their positive feedback and others give us confidence that our product line will be well received by the masses.

As a promotional bonus, the company will be reaching out to many shareholders and customers via telephone calls, emails, or other means of communications this week to give away free product samples in an effort to spread the good news. I got in at .0001 and it was with money that was set aside to invest (not food or gas money). If I lose, well then I lost, but I'm still hopeful, all though bummed that this isn't moving currently, and lack of PR's. This could be huge, or it could never do anything, but at least I won't be kicking myself thinking "what might have been" if this really does move up.
