Any respectable company would dump shares at the ASK with the kind of volume we have been seeing. I don't see any reason for the company to be dumping shares, especially at this pps and with HNSS's stock buyback history. They just paid of $280,000 in debt.
Black has been clear that he is increasing shareholder value using long-term strategies. He drastically changed HNSS's balance sheet in the past year, reduced the O/S and has volunteered to become more transparent with investors. Dumping shares at the BID would go against everything he has done since being CEO and CFO of HNSS.
