i trade with scottrade, have received dividends on a pink before (not smart on my part btw), and i DID have to buy T+3 days ahead. Those people at scottrade are worthless, they don't tell you want you need to know they tell you what they are programmed to tell you, and if you don't ask correctly or if they flat out don't know, you get wrong answers.

so the answer is still "no," but i will be watching here to make sure my answer is correct, and i will say otherwise if i find out.
