I think the pricing applies to all 32nm SOI product.

That would help but 32 nm hik/mg SOI is still a pretty expensive
process to build "cost reduction" combos of obsolete CPUs and
GPUs for OEMs.

Sure is. It probably looked a lot cheaper on paper 3 or 4 years ago.
