June 15th is the date you need to be in to take advantage of the dividend deal.
CEO said in the interview that FINRA rules require so much time between 8K and cutoff date, so we're not sure if it's coming out or not by the 15th - might be 1 or 2 days later( actually, one poster here is DEFINITELY sure it isn't coming out, but the rest of us are waiting to see).
