After a few years of being punished HARD by Dean and crew it seems that people feel a sense of entitlement here. In conversations with Mr. Kendrick I have asked him why he does not put this whole market behind him after the delays and frustration it has caused his organization. The answers would surprise most and if you've spoken with him then you know the answers. Poeple need to stop the attitude and be thankful. Period.
