Much appreciated. I try to only contact James when the company starts opening itself up to criticism. In this case, it was the late reporting which is simply unacceptable. Jim did respond to that point, which I will share here.
I can’t excuse our problem with reporting financials on time. I have a problem not with generating the numbers but filing them on Pinksheets and then getting an attorney to write a letter stating that he has reviewed the results, etc. Many legitimate attorneys only want to sign off on audited financials, which we can not afford. I have a very competent CPA that reviews our books and makes sure that everything is correct because we are subject to DOD audit at anytime. Our numbers must be correct. What the CPA does not understand is Pinksheets and the stock disclosure/shareholder information. I have to do that myself. I work between 70-90 hrs per week and I admit that I procrastinate on the filings. I am trying to do better, but I really got jammed this last period. I have hired a new attorney and perhaps he can help. However, he is also careful about signing off on non audited financials.
