better tech is aviliable. There are meets/Conferance every year and QASP/Mineseeker never took part in any. Thats should tell you .
A simple online reserach should tell you that many are ahead in this game.

I'm not sure how much concern the heads of gov and military have about the safety of their pawns, military or otherwise (pawns are, by definition, expendable). It all seems to be about power, at the moment. I hope that changes.

Shows how much DD you have done on MS. The technology was developed by the military and they do use it. MS have enhamced it over the last years.
