Maybe re-arranging accumulation between MM's. Seen it where huge blocks get shuffled and then it's taken higher and distributed. Could be positioning for a big one. AVEW hasn't had one yet while most other pennies have had their 5-10 bagger pop. Go to almost any stock and you see an April or May pop. End of a bull market phenomena perhaps. Just my opinion from observations. I'm loaded with 'em, wherever it is, accumulation or dilution.
