KBH just bought a homebuilder in central Florida..
American Heritage...
They have cut commissions and lost just about all their best salespeople as they have cut the commission from 1.75% to a flat $1200.
Talk about moving into an area and thinking their shit dont stink..<gg>
I once worked with a KBH division president who didnt have a clue.
I dont understand how that company is successful...<gg>
