We are the only ones that know about the RE/AL website. I'm sure they have plenty of contracts with distributors in the works.

I imagine part of this delay is so management can completely update the website... add some reviews... etc

Just because the PR said shipment is on hold - doesn't mean they told us everything... for example,

the launch was like 3 weeks ago on a monday. well the friday before that a PR said they had to fix the shopping cart on the website. It failed to inform us a brand new website was being launched! It made it sound to me like, SFIO was just updating that old website, the corporate website......

So regardless of the PR.... if this company is smart.... they're doing some things to the website, probably getting more customer service reps, and probably about to launch an internet marketing venture. JMS
(just my speculation)

Yep, hence the term 'test subjects.' My mom's company (IT industry) just launched a new service and that launch seemed very similar to this one (in principle). It's a beta testing phase. They service a few clients and measure its success and short-comings. Once everything is sorted out, then they open up marketing to get more customers. I'm betting that their beta launch was better than SFIO's, but still. There was an issue that was not entirely in their hands (customs) that set their expected sate back by 4 days. June 10th was the previous date, then they gave June 14th. No big deal in my opinion. Even if it's not until the 16th that they provide the product again, that's fine with me. What will really make investors/potential investors happy will be knowing that there is a steady supply of product in the pipeline and no more delays will occur.
