The selling of the gambit is through three possible "doors", the stop loss, reaching targets (though, if the market conditions justify, raising stop losses might be suggested instead) and the third door is a "run for the hills call" caused by sharp deterioration of market internals, then I would suggest closing the gambit wherever it is, or in some cases raising the stop and in others selling outright.
