What "space" is this that you refer to?

The Board of Directors will be discussing the creation of a non-convertible Preferred class of stock in exchange for sending the four hundred fifty million shares to our transfer agent for retirement. Centacom presently feels that there is no need for raising capital in the future and it is a unanimous belief amongst the management team that these large consolidations of our share structure will greatly benefit shareholders and potential investors. Updates will be issued when these changes to the share structure take effect.

QASP A/S is 1.5B qasp commonsharholders almost have it ALL... public record is CENTACOM reserved enough for ALL QASP SHAREHOLDERS with the 22%

LMAO.. Until some actual finacial statesment as to value of "Vaporco" you are playing in the land of make believe were all things are possible.. !
So why not assume "Vaporco" is worth $10 per share, which should really make the swap attractive. LOL

I'm a little confused on how the 1.5b gasp share equate to 22% of Vaporco considering they have restricted the swap to only shares owned prior to May 18th.
Isn't the restriction like shooting yourself in the foot?
If the intent is to obtain controlling interest in gasp how does placing the restriction help that cause?
The answer is it didn't. The cut off was to create demand in hopes of pumping the PPS so some could dump.
