Company is also taking legal action against short sellers and is monitoring its shareholder base and is directing its legal counsel to pursue those short sellers and broker/dealers that are attempting to manipulate the Company share price for their own benefit.
If short sellers was a known problem to the company, then, why oh why did they go for this reverse split debacle????!!!!!! In 2 weeks, this decision has stripped investors of their investment value to almost nothing. With 200,000 publicly traded shares, the entire public float at 7 cents a share is now worth $14,000.
