Possibly a solution, though SK opinion should be heard as well. They like the fact that our 40,000 soldiers are parked between the 38 and Seoul. Without that force, the 1 MM strong NK army could be in Seoul in 1 day, getting them out would be much more difficult than getting Saddam out of Kuwait.
