You don't have any idea what this company qualifies for or doesn't. SPFM's PR said uplisting in 90 to 120 days from April 11th ,2011. That means SPFM's uplisting will happen no later than 9/11/2011 ,and no earlier than 7/11/2011(If memory serves correct ,SPFM's uplisting could occur as early as late June 2011 according to the dating of the original PR's I read). Lies will not be tolerated.
