Just curious how you think start up companies afford to start up? Isn't raising capital the point of going public? You call it dumping shares, but in reality it is raising capital to cover the overhead of starting a business... you know, like pay for inventory, hire staff, renovations, establishing distribution channels, marketing....all necessary components of launching a business...
