I think they were trying to relay the message that he is just a normal everyday guy, and he was able to turn the tide in a monumental BK case. One man CAN make a difference. IMHO

all these things the wsj did the picture the statement about no evidence,these things mean nothings ,cause all involved know how serious this is ,who cares what the public thinks..its what the judge thinks

Does it really matter how he looks? Is it not more important that he took a stand and changed the course of this bankruptcy? Would you be more impressed if he looked like Ben Bernanke? We need to focus on what is really important!
