Take a look at the chart, nobody has lost a ton of money on this. Once this mess is cleared up with the financial filings, a Market Maker files the 15(c)2-11 and news of M&A's released, those that invested early will continue to make a ton of money.

What you're describing is like a Ponzi scheme. Misery for the friends and family recruited, should ensure long term misery for the perpetrator in all their future dealings. Who else is sickened by this?
