The Nacel Energy story is severely under-valued. Nacel cleared out a sizable portion of the company's debt in order to receive better terms for upcoming loans (ex: $2.8 mil loan for Crownbutte by Nacel's principal financier). Thus, one could make the conclusion that Crownbutte's terms for the same loan would have been less favorable, which is the reason for the terms described on the June 9th news release. Also, Nacel seems to favor using Crownbutte's established management and effective pipeline to execute their combined strategies since Nacel Energy Corp. is the largest shareholder in Crownbutte Wind Power Inc.
