lol, sorry, this time safe harbor wont cover Joe Canouse...Judge Taylor is in the middle of all this...and i dont think Joe Canouse received a clearance to MARKET WIRE a fraud-ridden PR. who has that right? SAFE HARBOR doesnt cover that.

sphistak you know MIKE KENDRICK currect? bone up on him some i suggest... so i hope you understand that MR. KENDRICK has the authority to PR that LOI which brought "a conclusion for the benefit of all parties"
and also during this current event Joe Canouse manufactured a fraudulent PR and then knowingly placed that PR as a MARKET WIRE to harm Minesweeper and Centacom.
