ACHN increases authorized share count from 100M-->200M...There are currently about 58M basic shares outstanding.

Better buy now before they announce a 3-1 stock split. :)

There are currently about 58M basic shares outstanding.

ACHN needs to do the smart thing and take advantage of the share run-up. They could sell 10M shares and bring in ~$60M and extend the runway a few additional years.
