I agree, I especially like the part where he spoke about Liberty Metals in Boston investing 20 million to assist in the construction phase. Call me an optimist, but this baby is going to explode! I think the 105 is going to atleast triple or more in the next resource estimate, otherwise, all the big players wouldn't pay any attention to them!
