One of the things i'm hanging my hat on is chin said they accepted the offer implying their was a legit offer in writing. If this deal falls through I would expect the SEC to demand proof of the offer. It wouldn't be hard to verify and its not like chin can say no to them.
I have no doubt there have been dozens of complaints filed since Monday when he failed again to make the time line and i'm sure that number grows every day. A $300 million deal is no small exaggeration, one way or the other he will have to provide answers either to us or the SEC.
