My take on this,
SNRS has had the most over the top PR's,have been sitting at the top of the volume list and numerous people have said they filed SEC complaints based on the post on the board. Shoot I remember people posting the link to the SEC so others could file there online complaints. If that doesn't trigger the SEC I don't know what will.
Your right them not being on the list doesn't prove they are not a scam but based on the history here id speculate the SEC has already looked into them and found no reason to shut them down. CHIN MUST PRODUCE THIS TIME or buy a plan ticket out of this country, who knows maybe he already has, LOL.
Don't get me wrong i'm as frustrated and disgusted with all this I just don't fly off the handle when a stock doesn't move when and how I want. This is a waiting game maybe we will get burned or maybe we will make some money only time will tell.
SNRS is a big gamble but it may pay off, i'm in for almost 22 million.
