I agree a certain extent, however, snrs is small beans, and the stock market (especially pennies) is like harlem, wrought with illegal activity, sec is but one lone beat cop, imo, and govt agencies are slow to react, plus they are dealing with 17 now, snrs's fate may be next, but i hope not.

From what I understand, one of the main triggers for the SEC was a huge increase in PPS based on PR's. All of these PR's didn't produce an increase in PPS and now shareholders are having a hard time trying to sell at .0001.

I agree especially after what went on with Madoff. These people do not and will not mess around with scams anymore.

Yeah, we almost would of HAD to get an update by now if the contract didn't go through. My thought is they aren't releasing anything so they can buy back as much as possible at this price... IMHO

#45274 RE: SIObserver #45263

that is just your interpretation

1) Apple involvement
already discussed many times that the only involvement there is that there is a "made for iphone" logo on the box, on this charger, but also on all other chargers sold by similar companies. eg the one i got from ESPOW.COM. Nothing that Apple should or will fight about. SNRS has not said anything in any PR related to Apple that implies a direct involvement/supposed contract or LOI between SNRS and Apple. That is just wishful thinking from both shareholders and the company itself. Mind with wishful thinking, i mean in the literal sense of the word. I don't rule out that some day they might get this product in an Apple store. But then again, any developer of either apps or hardware for an iphone, will hope to ever get it in an apple (online) store.

2) SEC list

there are nearly daily suspensions/trading halts by SEC for similar reasons. This time there were 17 at once, nowhere does it say "these are all", "we have finished investigating all"

these two beliefs are just pacifiers, to feel good about the investment in SNRS for the time being, hile they are not releasing PR's which can be verified.

For the time being it says all , when the only reasons to feel good about SNRS are because of things which didn't happen, and not because of things they have achieved or are achieving.

No offense, but that's a pretty weak argument. I could name you a quite a few companies that are obvious scams that didn't get suspended on Tuesday. The SEC isn't going to shut down every company that puts out false and misleading information or does stuff that is illegal. They just don't have the manpower or the resources to keep up with them all. Typically they tend to spend more time on the companies with the higher market caps because that just makes more sense economically.

The SEC cannot hold every investors hand and protect them from every company that is putting out false information to support some kind of share selling scheme.

Investors have to have some level of responsibility for the POS companies they decide to invest in. Some fall for the hype and then lose and learn from their mistakes. Some never learn.
