bond-007, That sounds good to me. I have heard so many different scenario's that could happen and all by people who know way more than me. However I have to believe that NOBODY can know which direction this is going to take and nothing would surprise me. I still believe that a surprise AGREEMENT will happen without notice and that Susman does his job. I am holding til the end like most of you here. Jaydubs
