After all, how then would the 504's with their hundred of millions of 0.00001's and hundreds of millions of 0.0001+/- be able to dump and garner huge profits? In ignoring the hard questions and, instead, shaking hard the usual pompoms of fluff, the "new" old HFB can continue its long-standing game of selling common shares to the dupes, maxxing out successive ever-expandable A/S, and reverse splitting--thereupon rinse and repeat.
As it is, HFBG share structure (SS) hopelessly blown up. SS must be reformed to attract the large new crop of dupes they badly need to soak up ongoing dilution to feed well principals and insiders and raise capital going forward, esp., the former. Hello, reverse split. Pity the buyers caught in an R/S.
