Since you're here, maybe you can address the questions posed by ninjaturtle:

How is purported run #2 funded and in what dollar amount? How much stock or what other consideration of any sort was given to said funder(s)?

What did Luciano and Ross receive as consideration for their preferred shares? How many pref'd shares did CBDO Bradley Godfrey receive? How many pref'd did JAG LLC receive? What are the total number of preferred shares issued and outstanding and who are the current owners?

Luciano and Ross (Primo Products LLC) own all the brands/trademarks mentioned in last PR (Atomic Dogg/GMM tea). What specific royalty do they under receive for any sales?

What is the role played in this matter by Hall of Fame Distribution LLC (fka Calabresi Management and Consulting LLC) controlled by Luciano (manager) and Ross (member)? Does that LLC own any preferred shares of HFB?

What are HFB's plans regarding a reverse split and/or reverse merger? What, if anything, happened at Haddon House Spring Show 2011 (May 3-5) show in respect to HFB? Was LJ there? Was the CBDO there? Why always a gagged T/A? What is the current A/S of HFBG?

They are all fair questions, in my opinion.

Can you provide facts that everything was true? Start with the Haddon House Spring Open House. And though not a lie can you clarify the deal with USFG. Is it just with the Alentown, Pa dist center?

You can leave out aything you think is covered by the Safe Harbor Statement. I was surprised to see forward looking staements in that last PR.

Brad, it should be clear by now that HFBG has many who wish the company ill will and will continue to push for the worst. Now that you have accomplished so much and helped to set the company in a new direction, the best thing that you can do is show them the goods as you produce them. Once that happens, those who wish HFBG ill will are not going to have a leg to stand on.

1) Get the 8K filed or at least make sure the DE Sec of State shows a changein officers

2) 2nd Run must mean sales are happening. If possible, PR numbers.

3) More LJ Appearances.

IF you want to speak your mind then (HOLD) a shareholder meeting, Thats what "REAL" (PUBLIC COMPANIES) do.

When was the last time HFBG had a shareholder meeting???

I think what bradley from hfbg first work on proper english, then should answer muddys questions which are legit....period.

You would think that after years of lies, the "new" HFBG team would be transparent....but no they aernt in ANY way. They would rather dodge real questions in hopes of stringing investors along so they sell more shares. They (the new supposed team) would rather keep investors in the dark regarding important facts that could sway investors that are on the fence, or maybe even bring some investors back. But of course we all know that won't happen.

So since the SEC is being contacted as we speak, they will be forced to show"proof"(which we all know they can't) of honest business practices.

You can only scam investors for so long, then the same tricks don't work anymore...hint (hide the calvin) same trick different day. The scam of all scams dare I say....continues
