If the case is so big to negate all the millions this company and former CEO has been sued for, then post the court case.

Regarding Rainbolt, this sounds like a bunch of BS. Pictures of his dead wife posted on the internet forced him to resign? Any normal CEO would just sue the perpetrators and stay on. Weird how this chain of events happened shortly before the whole SEC suspension. Next thing you'll say that Ault stepped down from a medical condition. An issue with his gutts perhaps?

I think you missed the whole point about the two CEO's stepping down. They weren't replaced with anyone that was any better. Two CEO's dropping and an SEC investigation is not good news, no matter how you try to spin it.

The fact of the matter is ZLUS got oil wells. They mentioned things that NO ONE on the OUTSIDE could possibly predicted. If you can't connect the dots, then oh well. FACT - They got oil wells. That is the only thing I care about
