PR's are not official filings. When an official filing showing the details of the "transfer" are shown, then we will know for sure. PR's in the Pink Sheets land should never be construed as the "official" word.

I'd really like to be able to see the DE SOS list of officers. If they are truly gone they will be off of that list which at that point would truly mean that they can't change the AS structure.

Even then, they will ONLY be gone on paper... Ishmail & Giovanni will be calling all the shots, and still SCAMMING investors, only difference now is that they have a couple more people involved in the SCAM ! MORE FOR THE SEC TO BUST !!

No one said a PR which btw HFBG PR are filed on Pink Sheets, is the holy grail but they are official public filed documents of the company and as you already know can and may be used later against them if they are in fact not true and are not retracted or amended so.
