Follow the time line.

Monk sold Mr. Roth 1,000,000 shares of CDIV in the form of a Cert. @ .30 a share in April

Monk Failed to Deliver,LOL, those shares by Stalling until Aug.9.

By that time the Price was .10-.12 a share.

Monk wanted to make sure he could sell his shares @ a higher PPS before those 1,000,000 shares were sold.

If you read through the whole thing you will see that are were 1-50 others, names unknown, in the lawsuit.
