During the three month period ended March, 2011, Smart-Tek had net revenues of $4.2 million versus $2.5 million the same period prior year. Smart-Tek also reported net income of $$363,354 as compared to net income of $292,777 during the comparative period in 2010. The business of our subsidiary, Smart-Tek Automated Services, Inc. continues to grow and show a profit.
