So how did Juvederm recieve approval? and Radiesse receive approval - given your logic neither should have since there were already treatments approved.

Juvederm and Radiesse are biologically inert filers that the FDA was able to approve with no absolutely no worry that some horrible safety problem might surface at some point down the line. Such is not the case for a cell-based therapy like laViv.
