It's not about Carraway's involvement now, but about what actions he took that the company is still responsible for. When you buy a shell, you take on all the baggage of the shell, which is why most lawyers don't recommend it. Especially when you have a shell which already has an ugly past.

Buying out the shares of all prior owners, let alone all, does not absolve the company of any liability or responsibility for the prior owners' actions.

did that happen? #2 8k filed with florida confirming number one....did that happen? #3 Nov. now, still calling itself GES the promise to aquire CCP which was (I have been led to believe)apperantly held by margiotta and was merged into the shell.

6 months after anouncement of new name....back to the original then theres the 8.5 no wait 5.8 mill not to mention the three million pre sold that as of yet seems not to have been entirely filled.(based on current info released by the company Mobile prosessors ready to move... I mean ready to build....What about the permits and as seinfeld always says....yada yada yada.

Maybe I'm looking at it wrong please tell me how what I see doesn't reflect the true nature of this investment oppertunity
