In five years Antonio pulled a total of $1,297,113, and
McCoppen pulled a total of $1,236,150 out of a company
with virtually no revenues, a couple of times they took
a little bit of stock, but they milked the company
of every working penny,

and they even used funds that they told the SEC they
would not use, no excuse,

if I was them I would be more than willing to buy back
all of over the counter stock rather than go to jail or
(hell) whichever comes first,

the other director is also at high risk, if they
don't setup, I think they will be sorry, it may not
be today or tomorrow, but this type of fraud is
not going away,
