Do you think if it is possible that VLXC is for real as well as a scam at the same time?

Let me explain. Yes, VLXC is making sales via some vertical operations in the apparel market. It is making money overall.
This part is what is "for real".

But, Matin and a few people behind the screen are also using the complex accounting schemes, acquisitions, issuing new shares, and pump and dump into the open market to direct the cash into their own accounts. This part, if anywhere near the truth, is an ongoing scam.

Do I think the company is for real?
I do. (Same here)

Is is making money?
I don't know. (Neighter do I)

Will the stock appreciate?
I don't have a clue and either do you. (DITTO)

Will they ever become a fully reporting company?
Depends if they are able to become independent of the Bangladeshi operation at some point in time. (Looking forward to it)

Why?
Because getting information out of any third world country in a manner that suits U.S. timeframes is never going to happen.(among other things).

Anyone who thinks so is just fooling themselves and I doubt Matin is stupid (I however beleive he is a real poor "business manager").

Big deal, the 2004 audit is late. You'll like this even less, because when it does come out it will still be unconsolidated (No doubts about that).

The 2005 audit will tell the story for those willing to wait.
Notice I never said it would be a profitable wait. Just a wait (Let us pray...).
