Drinks Americas was not always a POS from what I can tell by reading past PRs, and the charts. They were trading healthy with decent earnings reports, revenue streams, etc...

The economy along with some greed on the co.'s part has however turned DKAM into the dog that it is today. This is just my opinion.

Now that the company is hurting, and the liquor industry appears to have some very interesting things going on for 2011. The co. could be attempting to make a nice comeback. It appears that way to me.

A past PR about the Trump line:

The PPS on Aug. 20th 2009 was bouncing between the high $3s to low $4s ranges.

Here's some things that I have drummed up about the liquor industry, and why the sales in booze seems to be increasing.

State laws and regulations being lifted could bolster liquor and beer sales.

Booze sales on the rise even in a crappy economy:

More State laws, and Trump and Olifant mentioned on About.com's 2011 best Vodkas lists:

So now you can see why some people are mad at DKAM. Once a good company that got a bit too greedy in a bad economy, and screwed over some shareholders.

I don't think Trump cares what he puts his name on, as long as he gets his name on it. He'd put it on his turds if he could figure out a way to stamp it on the way out.
