Something I've always wondered about:

With 11 different stock tickers of Lehman's available, why are any of them on grey sheets.

LEHFQ, LEHGQ, and LBHGP are the only greys. Was it oversight, or is there something special about these three?

I am still holding only the CT's, and will do so up to the end. I did file an individual claim that has been challenged by the debtors but they keep delaying my day in court.
They deem my claim as being duplicative over what the indenture trustee filed, and I claim that it is not since I filed under the "unconditional guarantee". The indenture trustee, BNY Mellon waved this guarantee on the subordinate CT's, yet claimed it for the senior unsecurred creditors. I see this as a conflict of interest as BNY Mellon wants to take the CT's and subordinate $$$ and pay this to the senior unsecurred class they made the claim for.
Eventually I will have my time with Judge Peck. I want a new trusee and want the BNY Mellon removed, or have my claim placed into the class that had the guarantee invoked.
This is the 3rd or 4th time Weil, Gotshal & Manges have adjourned my appeal to the debtors motion.
