Charles, you're probably right that some people on Wall St have a ton of shares stashed away at some ridiculously low pps, but my original post was all about saying: 'If we really are close to a settlement, people are going to start murmuring / whispering on Wall St. and quietly buying up all they can while there's still time. NOTHING is ever a secret on Wall St. and even quietly, we should be able to see the 'people in the know,' on Lvl 2 today... (assuming we really are about to seal a deal)..
