I have read the the CDC in the US actually trained some of Saddams bioweapons people, and I would readily beleive that the US sent "support" to Saddam. This is exactly what I and j bennet hate. And it is from the same people who gave us Iran contra

My major point is that even though the above could happen, someone over there had to want to do it. The US could not have "supported" a program in which the supportee did not want to do it in the first place. The desire did not come from a vacuum, and it did not come from bellicose US rhetoric.

So I have been pleading the case that there are other groups in the world other than the US which contribute to the current state of the world.
