FWIW and JMHO,, I don't believe shares are going to be cancelled,,, PROVIDING,, no-one owns more than the 5% ... I think with the wording in the last bit of news about the reorganization, might of been a setup.
More then meets the eye, is what I see going on here. Starting to think there is a possibility of "equity being cancelled" changed to something else. If BK games are not played, then how will they have their fun? IMO
