That is correct Eagle, but the SEC filings is all we have for now to decide whether we want to invest in CPOW or not.
If we would have much more information and certainties about the success of this company, pps wouldn't be at the current state.
IMO, the information available to do our DD, gives me, as I've mentioned before, a high mathematical probability that CPOW will grow into a sizable company. The facts that directed me to place this bet hadn't been debunked, but the contrary, confirmed or at least 'reinforced' by the signed deals.
I mean, the probability for CPOW to be a highly orchestrated sustained scam, in my calculations, are below 5%.
Probability to be a real company but fail on its projects 15%
Probability to succeed around 80%,
Not bad, IMO.
