I went back through the US Patent office data base again this evening.
Absolutely nothing there.
The one patent number they list in their filings is invalid (61/210,929). The number is completely wrong. I also searched under the date they say the patent was issued (12/6/09) and no results. I also searched under the name they say the patent is under (Natalie Chalay) and no results.
I searched the patent data base using the name Sunrise and nothing.
The SNRS filings only actually say that one patent exists and as of December 2010 that patent was only a provisional patent. The others they said they were going to apply for after the patent purchase agreement was done back in December of 2010.
This certainly begs the question what patent are they claiming to be selling for that ridiculous laughable amount of $300 million?
If anybody does come up with any better luck than what I had please let me know.
