I agree with the R/S scenario.

However, the noteholders are converting as we speak.

The company should be debt free soon.

Since Feb.2, 2011, the company has dumped 5 BILLION shares (500 billion shares since the R/S) In pre-split terms, the O/S has gone from 15 billion to 500 billion in less than four months.

Davis obviously doesn't give a blank about shareholders.
