#4032 RE: steve5 #4029

I agree! Now let's get about the business of
research and Due Diligence.

Thanks Qtipjoe for the coninued pictures on the full LEVEL II.

As far as I can tell. This new JV will be one of many that will
come about due to logistics and acquiring product to be sent to
the various plants.

It has been posted that probably the next opportunity will arise
out of Brazil. With that I will agree.

It would be nice to hear that all plants are producing at maximum.
But, we also know that is not possible until the product is in-house. We have a choice, use the local harvest or go outside to
gain the product, in this case Brazil. Thus the next leg in JV's.

It has been suggested here that Logistics is a nightmare. I have
a tendency to agree with that. Especially when it will involve the hugh volume of seed or beans that is needed.

This need will have to be meet using transport ships. Now, we need to get them to the closest port of entry. That could be
thru the locks into the Great Lakes or maybe New Orleans to access the barges up the Mississippi. But, then that all depends
on which ocean you are in. Then there is the railcars to use to
get product on-site to whatever plant will use the product.
All this to get the product to the production site.
Next question, how to get the finished product out to the world
from the plants. It will be in a different form. Unprocessed oil
to China, biodiesel to everywhere, jetfuel to the military, feedstock to the cattle, fish, and pig industry. It will take
truckers, railroaders, tankers and pipelines to move all this.
Nightmare in capital letters.
But, the upside when all legs are full and up to capacity.
I couldn't begin to guess the revenues...

What I do know is that the CEO of Clean Power Concepts is truly
building a giant and of course it will take a lot of money, $millions. (Note: There is not one company out there that doesn't have a line on the P&L called DEBT RETIREMENT.)

For some of you guys, be thankful you got in at .10cents and even the guy that bought in at $1.00 all of you will reap a reward beyond what you thought. How long? Well that depends on how fast
the legs get up to capacity. Even the shorties can't hurt this
company now. Take what the shorts do, to buy more shares.

It is up to IBA and CPOW, now.
