We all here appreciate your court updates but that does not mean that we all have to agree. If you thought that MMPIQ was worth more than $0.35 you should not have tendered all your shares at $0.35. If you did, it was most probably because you thought at the moment
(1) that the future was uncertain with either party in charge
(2) that you were going to have an opportunity to buy them again at a lower price
(3) or that the price was fair
It is easy now to complain when most of the fog has cleared. Even more, there were several opportunities last week to buy even more shares in the mid $0.40s that should have been great prices to buy if you thought the company was worth substantially more than $0.35.
I am really surprise with all this bickering considering that the new team will probably realize much faster MMPIQ's value. I much rather have a new team managing those assets with 50% dilution than looking over my shoulder over for each new Richard Meruelo trick.
Also, most of the people in this board bought after the Chapter 11 and are sitting over large profits, as I am, because C&H decided to push this issue.
