Yes, it is particularly in view of the fact that the market really did not cover much ground. Our residents bear should be quite happy with that low value. I went out at 32% cash and since I am not in in the morning, apart of few OB's under the market, I probably will stay around 30% cash tll after Christmas. It sure does not seems like Santa wants to come to the market this year.
